Neon Sun

Mirrored sunglasses remind me of the cover artwork of William Gibson’s early 90’s cyberpunk master piece, Virtual Light. The art depicted a woman obscured by her glasses, while eluding to a techo world glowing with reflected radiance. The glasses mirroring in our world is much like a mobile device, continuously reflecting and broadcasting the operators surroundings. In this way, the shades become the perfect contemporary accessory.
