Sitting at the base of an Atlas D launch crib, the rockets umbilical cables hang where they were left after the missile was decommissioned in 1965. The WS-107A-1 was operated by an internal guidance system and a ground based radio crewed by 12 people and had a range of over 5,500 nautical miles.
