Elk Creek

We took a quick hike up Elk Creek the other night, wild Strawberries and Raspberries galore! But boy that water was cold.

Fantastic image. I really like your camera position for this shot, and I like all the shades of green. I wonder if a faster shutter speed would have increased the interest of the water. To me, it is a little too blurred.

This looks so cool and refreshing! It is a welcome respite from the muggy heat we are experiencing here. Very nice photography, Will!

Nice perspective! I like these types of images. Next time you go there, try underexposing 2/3 of a stop. It will whiten your water a little bit. I have no idea why, but it works! Not that I don't like this one. Just wanted to throw that bit of info out there. Nice shot man!

Sounds like a great place to be right now – fresh strawberries and rasberries along with the cool water. You captured if very well, looks almost surreal.

This is lovely. I've taken enough long exposure photos of flowing water to know how hard it is to find the right light and exposure to get such a soft, not too contrasty image!
