Old Jeep near the Wind Rivers, WY.
I did a bit of Photoshop work to bring out the personality of the car but a lot of the quality came from the 15 year old Kodak slide film I was using. I had no idea if the roll would turn out, the camera has a sticky shutter and the battery was too large for camera (they don’t make the same battery anymore) hence the light meter was off. I love unpredictable analog 😉

Nice treatment of this old car. I like the muted colors and contrast
Nicely done. Someones old best friend.
i must say, this one looks great.. the jeep's “face” reminds me of “the punisher”'s emblem.. 🙂
this is really cool.
Nice post-treatment. I like this kind of photography, it's a memory-photography; maybe a memography.
Great framed, very nice dof too
Looks like an old wrangler – Love the post processing.
like the treatment on this one : a beautiful result
I love the processing on this as well as the composition. Well captured!!
I really like the shallow dof and the texture of the Jeeps rusty surface. Very moody shot. Regards
I love the composition of this old Jeep. Nice one.
Very nice abstract shot of this broken down jeep!
Wonderful find. You did an exceptional job on the processing. 15 year old film?
This is a great shot and the process on it is perfect. There are a whole bunch of old beat up vehicles on one of the drives that I take home from work. One of these days when there is enough daylight left I'm going to stop and trespass.
Excellent framing and post processing. Great find.
Nicely framed and focused areas. The antique colors are great.
i was looking at some 12 year old slide film this morning…should have bought it in retrospect. this is terrific.
Against those odds, you pull off a shot like this! Amazing. Looks like an old Jeep Wrangler. The demise of the metalwork is beautifully captured, a frame filled with character and textural delight. Superb work
great composition and detail
excellent detail and composition
Amazing that you could get this so vivid and clear for something that was 15 years old. Don't you love it when things come together such as this. I love the image.
Great composition, and like your dof too; vivid atmosphere.
well it looks great considering all that was wrong.. i dig it, alot
Love it… great angel. well done

Magnifique ! La m
The image turned out to be a genuine winner! I love the rusty look and distinctive pattern of the jeep grill. Nice one.
Great rustic tones. The way it was shot leaves a little bit of mystery.
great framing, colors and textures
Very cool shot. I love the tones that you have going.
I have several rolls of 40 year old Kodachrome II. I shot one roll only to find out that no-one processes it any more. It sits on the shelf with my antique cameras and light meters.
I like this processing
Beautiful decay at its best. Terrific work. Love those weathered tones.
it certainly worked, despite the odds. great shot.
One of my favorites. Excellent work!
